Qualified students may substitute appropriate graduate seminars or individual reading and research projects for one or more of the above courses with the approval of the Director. DEVL 1990 do not count towards fulfilling the DS course requirement. Language courses—while strongly recommended—cannot be counted towards fulfilling DS requirements.
