LOCATION

The conference will take place at Brown University's Watson Institute for International Studies, located at 111 Thayer Street, Providence, RI. Click here for directions.

 

LODGING

All out-of-town conference participants will have accommodations at the Inn at Brown. The Inn is located next-door to the Watson Institute at 101 Thayer Street.. The Inn's check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 10:30 am. We will provide a space for your luggage on Friday before 4:00 pm.

PARKING

The Inn will provide you with an overnight parking pass for a university lot. Daytime street parking is free for 2 hours, which gives you a chance to settle in before moving your car to the lot. Evening street parking is free, but overnight parking is banned. If you are driving to the conference but not spending the night, please contact Kate Richardson to make arrangements for a daytime parking pass.

MEALS

All meals and coffee breaks will take place at the Watson Institute with the exception of dinner on Friday evening, which will be at a local restaurant. All meals will be free of charge.

TELEPHONE AND INTERNET at The Watson Institute

The Watson Institute will provide access to telephones and wireless internet for use by participants during the course of the conference.
