2009 Watson International Scholars of the Environment

Mr. Hilary Bakamwesiga, a 2009 Watson International Scholar of the Environment, is an assistant lecturer at Makerere University, Uganda. He has an MSc in environmental science and a BSc in forestry from Makerere University.
