Mr. Joachim Ibeziako Ezeji, a 2009 Watson International Scholar of the Environment, is chief executive officer of the Rural Africa Water Development Project in Nigeria. He has an MSc in water and environmental management from Loughborough University, Leicestershire, UK, and a BSc in geology from the University of Calabar, Nigeria.
