2009 Watson International Scholars of the Environment

Mr. Cyrille Ngouana Kengne, a 2009 Watson International Scholar of the Environment, is director and environmental advisor at the Centre for Transdisciplinary Studies in Aquaculture, Environment and Development Support and civil society organizations (CSOs) focal point on environmental and social capacity building for the Energy Sector Project in Cameroon's Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection. He has an MSc in development (environmental management) from the University Senghor, Alexandria, Egypt, an MSc in aquaculture from the University of Liege, Belgium, and a BSc in zoology, with a postgraduate diploma in animal biology from the University of Dschang, Cameroon.
