2002 Watson International Scholars of the Environment

Gisela Ulloa, a 2002 Watson International Scholar of the Environment, works for the Bolivian government as Coordinator for the National Clean Development Office. She leads the CDM office and is a negotiator for Kyoto Protocol issues and reducing emissions from deforestation.
