REGISTRATION

VIEW LIST OF REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS

Attendance is open to one or two official representatives from each ILTER and ELTOSA member country or potential member country. Attendance by additional delegates from SAEON and naEON networks will be coordinated by the country representatives.

Registration Fees:

US $800 (on or before 31 May)
US $850 (after 31 May)

To make payment, delegates should contact the appropriate Secretariat on the Contact page.

Fees include:

* Namibian visa - Please see visa section for application guidelines
* bus from Safari Hotel in Windhoek to/from Gobabeb
* excursions and entertainment
* conference dinner at Walvis Lagoon
* all meals while at Gobabeb
* packed meals during arrival and departure trip
* accommodations: either shared room or single in large tent

The fee for accompanying persons is US $750 (confirmation of stay at Gobabeb depends on space availability).

Sponsorship:

Limited funding is available to sponsor attendance by some member country representatives from ELTOSA. These members can apply for funding by submitting their requests to the ELTOSA chair by 30 May. Members from countries outside Africa should apply to the international secretariat.
